With all services in and brought to each lot, these lots are now available for sale and immediate occupancy.  Some lot owners have plans to begin construction next summer and ready for the next ski season!

Please feel free to drive into the Estates and view the lots.  Turn in off Mountain Highway at the new large sign at Alpine Drive - each lot in clearly marked, including boundaries.

We will be keeping Alpine Drive plowed this winter for easy access.

BC Northern Real Estate Board - July 4, 2012 News Release

The BC Northern Real Estate Board reports 2,483 properties were sold through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the first 6 months of 2012, up from the 2,153 sales reported in the first half of 2011.  Some interesting statistics are:

- the value of sales are up 22% in 2012 compared to 2011 while listings are down 9% for the same period

- sales in Prince Rupert are up 37% in value and 48% in units

- sales in Terrace are up 17%

- sales in Kitimat are up 140%

- sales in Prince George are up 13.5%

- sales in Smithers are up 34%
