Making Strides - Servicing on Hudson Bay Mountain Estates Commences
We have assembled a great core team to deliver this project including Bulkley Valley Engineering and HBH Land Surveying from Smithers and NGC Management from Vancouver. They will be on site and in high gear over the summer servicing our first phase. With construction scheduled to begin in September, we’ll begin to see the first cabins on the Estates during the next ski season!
We are truly excited to be taking this step in furthering the resort’s commitment to community and nature, creating a place where families can live and play for generations to come.
Planning a Site Tour?
During servicing, please note that site access will be very limited to closed as there will be a lot of blasting and we want to ensure the safety of everyone. We will provide periodic site tours to be announced in advance.
This restriction will also impact the area around the Skyline Lodge as we expect to set up a crushing operation in that area and will be blasting there as well in order to create the aggregate that is required for the project.
