The master plan contemplates a three phase expansion program which, at build out, will offer:
- 9 ski lifts (Lines A-I in diagram)
- 72 ski trails
- 270 hectares of ski terrain
- A mountain village
Hudson Bay Mountain is a big mountain with terrain that, when developed, will rank among the biggest and best skiing in North America.

Phase 1: Phase 1 proposes providing additional lift capacity and ski terrain (pods D, I & G), while at the same time providing an initial offering of residential properties within the future Village area on the mountain.
Phase 2 & 3: Phase 2 and 3 provide a continuation of the development initiated in Phase 1, with additional lift capacity and trail development, establishment of a Village Center with commercial and retail facilities, as well as development of non ski related activities, both in the winter and summer.
The second phase of the ski area expansion (Section 3.5) provides additional ski trails which are located in the center of the eastern facing slopes, as well as a southerly facing terrain pod (Pods H & E).
The ski trails will offer:
- The maximum vertical for the ski area
- 12 Easier, 33 More Difficult and 14 Most Difficult ski trails
- Total of 65 ski trails and 231.99 ha of ski terrain
- Two more detachable quad chair lifts
